Earn a cash bonus for each business you refer.
Share your personal link with a business owner or manager you know. Our team handles the sales conversation, and you get paid when the business becomes a customer.
What you earn per business

Up to $850 per business. Paid within 30 days after the customer’s first payment clears. First-year contract value means the total fees in the first 12 months of the signed agreement, including monthly fees.
How it works
- Think of someone who owns or manages a business and is hiring, short on staff, or buried in routine work.
- Send them your personal link from your partner email, or use your private introduction link if they’d rather we reach out.
- Our team talks with them. If they become a customer, you earn your bonus.
How referrals are credited
When a business opens your link, the credit stays with you for 90 days from the first time they open it on that device. If they contact Trident through the website or Pearl in that time, the referral is yours. An introduction you send with your private link is credited to you right away.
How we track your participation
Visits through your link, businesses you introduce, and referrals that become customers are recorded under your partner account.
Program rules
- The program is open to active Trident limited partners.
- Existing Trident customers, and businesses already talking with Trident, don’t qualify.
- You can refer your employer, but not a business you own or control.
- If two partners refer the same business, the first referral gets the credit.
- Tell the people you refer that Trident pays you a referral bonus. The FTC requires that disclosure, and the share messages in your email include it.
- Only introduce people who asked to hear from Trident, and don’t send us health, financial, or other sensitive details.
- If a customer’s payment is refunded or reversed before the bonus is paid, the bonus isn’t due.
- Trident reviews every referral for duplicates and errors before a bonus is confirmed.
- Trident can change the program with 30 days’ notice. Bonuses you’ve already earned keep the rules they were earned under.

- Someone who owns or manages a business and is hiring, short on staff, or spending too much time on routine work. Trident provides offshore professionals, help filling hard-to-hire roles, and AI automation.
- What should I say?
- Keep it short and honest: you’re a Trident partner, you thought of them, and here’s your link. Let them know Trident pays you a referral bonus if they become a customer.
- How will I know what happened?
- We’ll let you know when a business you referred becomes a customer.
- When do I get paid?
- Within 30 days after the customer’s first payment clears. The $100 monthly bonus is paid within 30 days after the third monthly payment clears. When you earn your first bonus, we’ll contact you to set up payment.
