Website privacy notice
How Trident Works handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Information we collect
When you use the workflow assessment or contact paths, we may collect your name, work email, mobile number, company, selected workflow, optional business context, email and call/SMS consent records, source page, campaign parameters, browser user agent, and a one-way hash derived from network information for abuse prevention. When you talk to Pearl, the call is recorded and transcribed. The full conversation may include your name, contact details, and anything else you choose to say. Pearl does not ask for passwords, payment details, health histories, or confidential case records.
How we use information
We use website inquiries to respond to requests, qualify and route work, offer a callback, improve service, prevent abuse, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal obligations. We use Pearl's complete transcript for quality and behavior review. Speaking with Pearl alone does not create a CRM lead or enroll you in email or text marketing. A separate form or booking action is needed for that handoff. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website. Retell processes Pearl's browser voice calls and retains the full transcript, recording, and service logs. Trident stores a copy of the transcript, the voice-start notice record, and a quality-review record in its restricted Supabase project. Trident staff may use OpenAI Codex through an authenticated ChatGPT subscription to review the full transcript. Twilio may process your mobile number and an operational text if you separately request contact and SMS is enabled. Analytics, scheduling, CRM, email, and other providers may process limited information under their own terms and the applicable Trident agreement.
Retention and security
Retell is configured to delete Pearl call data after 30 days. Trident runs a job every six hours to delete its transcript, voice-start notice record, and linked quality-review record after 29 days. A Codex review is processed under the authenticated account's applicable data settings. The transcript is not scrubbed of names or other personal details. Access to Trident's retained conversation records is restricted to authorized service staff. Website lead information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose, legal obligations, disputes, and suppression preferences. No system is perfectly secure; Trident uses administrative and technical measures appropriate to these workflows.
Your choices
You can choose not to start a recorded Pearl call. You may reply STOP to an automated text, use the contact form to ask to correct or delete website inquiry information, or use the unsubscribe path in an email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or suppression purposes.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website, vendors, or practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
